Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The following terms apply to depositing funds on lku9:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 per transaction.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
- Deposited funds must come only from a payment method registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The following rules apply to withdrawals:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held until bonus wagering requirements have been met.

Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members on lku9 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. This means you must wager a total of 15 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw the bonus funds.
5.2 Bonus Usage Terms
- Each bonus offer carries its own terms and conditions — read the relevant terms before accepting a bonus.
- A user may claim a specific promotion only once.
- In cases of bonus abuse (arbitrage, coordinated betting), the bonus will be cancelled.
- lku9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion.
5.3 VIP Program
The lku9 VIP program has three tiers:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
Advancement to a higher tier depends on the consistency and level of your platform activity. lku9 management's decision is final in all VIP-related matters.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Fairness
All games on lku9 are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Our games are provided by recognised game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and others), who ensure the impartiality of their games through independent audits.
6.2 Technical Issues
If any game is interrupted due to a server error, disconnection, or any other technical problem, lku9 will attempt to restore the game or refund the bet amount where applicable. However, no guarantee can be provided in this regard.
6.3 Betting Rules
- Once a bet in a game has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Prohibited Activities

Account Suspension and Closure

lku9 may suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice if it is believed that these terms and conditions are being or have been violated from that account. No withdrawals will be processed from a suspended account until the investigation is complete.
8.2 Closure by User
You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed, however any bonus balance with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be cancelled.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
As part of responsible gaming, you may request self-exclusion for a specified period. During this time, access to your account will be completely disabled.
Limitation of Liability
lku9 accepts no liability for the following:
- Financial losses arising from a user's gaming.
- Games being interrupted due to internet connection issues.
- Errors or delays related to third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
- Account information being exposed due to user negligence.
- Service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances (force majeure — natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
In any circumstance, lku9's maximum liability will be limited to the amount deposited by the user associated with that specific incident.
